Penny Halgren was in a dead-end job when she started www.How-To-Quilt.com with zero experience and built it to $200,000 to $300,000 per year in online sales.
Big companies often overlook small markets because they are…well…just too small. But those same small markets can be “big” business for small entrepreneurs, like Penny, who just want to “start something” online.
The Internet, like no other time in history, has made tiny niche markets viable by lowering the cost of reaching customers as well as extending that reach to a larger, global market.
Penny says…
“The joke I have with my kids is, if I still own this [website] when I die, the only way to stop the money from coming in is to take it down.”
1) Learn the staggering amount of visitor traffic a tiny niche market like quilting generates for How-To-Quilt.com (HINT: I almost fell out of my chair)
2) The one tactic Penny employs that makes it impossible for her to NOT make money even if she willed it to her kids and they did absolutely nothing. (Anyone can swipe this tactic for their own business)
3) Peek inside Penny’s $250,000/yr home based operation to find out exactly how she setup her business with zero employees and how she removed herself from the day-to-day tasks to focus on the activities that make money.
4) Why she hasn’t even scratched the surface in terms of traffic and sales and where she’d invest her money & time to grow her business.
THIS BUSINESS IS FOR SALE: If you are interested in buying Penny’s online business, www.How-To-Quilt.com, including 3 accompanying websites, contact us at Internet Marketing.

very very amazing,
Peak inside Penny’s $250,000/yr home based operation to find out exactly how she setup her business with zero employees and how she removed herself from the day-to-day tasks to focus on the activities that make money. <<< i think, people can do it!
Yup, I see it every day. You can do it too!
Internet marketing as a whole includes paid advertising as well as other forms of internet marketing, such as podcasting, video marketing, email marketing or any other method of bringing traffic to your website or driving prospects to your opt-in pages.
hey IM blog, its really good sharing with us, by the way i have info domain and i will try to sale it as per your instruction thanks…
What I found so amazing about Penny is that she’s not terribly technical. In fact, this was the first time she’s used her webcam.
So the lesson is that you don’t have to be some tech geek to run a successful online business…you just have to get into the game, get it going and listen to the market.
It’s really not rocket surgery.
With the U.S. economy in shambles, many more people are looking to and using the
internet to extol the virtues of their hobbies and money saving ideas,
and that’s why couponing, knitting, crocheting, gardening, alternative health and
fashion are attracting huge crowds and making the big bucks.
Congrats, Peggy!
The Internet is the perfect vehicle to target small hobby niches.
Any more examples of successful hobby or couponing sites, James?
Great story. It sounds like my story; I have build a website which is http://www.theshopcigar.com and until now unable to generate traffic or income from it. Anyone can help please.
WOW! it is a wonderful story about how it is possible! Thank you Internet Marketing for sharing this!
You’re welcome, Reidun. I hope it inspired you in your business.
Yes it did. I just hope that I could get some of this for my new e-book for children that is just released.
You’re an author? Although, your market may be different, follow the same steps as Penny (more video clips to come) and you’ll be on the right path.
yes, I have just published my first childrens book from 3 and up. And I look forward to learn all I can from people that has had success with Internet Markerting like Penny.
I beleive I will succeed with it if I only do what is smart
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIPS!
Reidun, my best advice is to:
1. Find current demand and fill it
2. Model someone who is successful
3. Don’t wait to get all your “ducks in a row” – just get your product to market as fast and raw as possible and see if people will give you money, honey!
4. Rinse & repeat
THANK YOU!
And thank you for watching and your comments. Keep them coming!
